I had a wonderful dining experience at Barbeque Nation, Xperia Mall, and a huge part of it was thanks to the excellent service provided by Bikram and Jamuna. From the moment we were seated, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Bikram was extremely attentive, ensuring our table was always well taken care of and patiently explaining the menu options. Jamuna brought a warm and welcoming touch with her friendly attitude, always checking in to see if we were comfortable and needed anything. Both of them carried such positive energy that it truly elevated the whole dining experience. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about making guests feel valued, and both Bikram and Jamuna did exactly that. Their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made our visit memorable, and I would definitely come back again because of the service they provided. Starters in fish prawns. Chicken. Veg was good. Loved the fried fish. In veg loved the pineapple. In main course the biryani was good. Feasted on the desert. Nikhil an maduri vere extremely attentive I never had to wait for anything. Loved the customer service. It's value for money. Plan to visit again. I think they have really stepped up with the food quality and customer service.

Outstanding as usual, the service was too good. Don remember the name of server I guess it was mithilesh, one with mustache, along with another female server, both were really amazing. Food was outstanding, awesome as always. Had a blast trying on so many options with 20+ starters, 10-15+ main courses, soup, salads, around 8+ deserts and options in kulfi. The best food I ever had in my life, no restaurant or chain comes close to BBQ nation. Just one con please get the inside bathroom fixed, people have to get out of restaurant to use the washroom. Would give 100 stars if it was possible.
